Shipping & Delivery
The Key Planner loves to travel so YES, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. We use DHL Express for orders outside of New Zealand & you'll be able to check out in your preferred currency we accept USD AUD & GBP currencies.
For New Zealand Orders
We use Fastway couriers; all orders are tracked and couriered to reach you within 1-3 business days, after processing the order we require up to 24-72 hours to process the order.
** Rural Locations: Please note there may be a delay in delivery time between 2-3 business days for customers in rural locations.
For Australian Orders
We offer DHL express for ALL orders, which are tracked and allows you to receive your order between 1-3 business days after processing time (24 - 48hrs Monday to Friday) why would you want to wait any longer, right?
For the United States | Rest Of The World
We offer DHL express for ALL orders, which are tracked and allows you to receive your order within 3-8 business days after processing time -why would you want to wait any longer, right?

The United Kingdom | European Union Orders
We offer DHL express for ALL orders, which are tracked and allows you to receive your order within 3-8 business days after processing time. This price is quoted in an order form, please checkout using GBP currency.
** Rural Locations:
Please note if your area is classified "Rural" do note there may be a delay in delivery time between 2-3 business days and additional charges for customers in rural locations, this will be your responsibility to cover the extra cost if it occurs.
We aim to process orders within 24-48hours, on a Monday to Friday 10 am to 3 pm, (except on New Zealand public holidays & weekends) we love to have our weekends free for friends, family, and gardening, so please keep this in mind when placing orders over the weekend.
P. S Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
The weight of any such an item can be found on its detail page, to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Rates are calculated in your cart, as prices are based on weight. (see below)

The Key Planner A4 Classic with a wood case is 1.65kg / 3.7lbs
Duties and Taxes
As our products ship from New Zealand for orders outside of New Zealand, there may be destination customs fees, duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the online customer. Please ensure you are aware of your country laws and regulations before making online purchases.
We are unable to offer change of mind refunds or refunds/exchanges for 'on sale' items. If for any other reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within seven days.
We urge all customers to choose their purchases carefully as we are not obligated to exchange due to change of mind. For this reason, any exchanges will be at the discretion of Jessica Anne International Limited trading as The Key Planner.
If we agree to a return, you'll need to cover return costs & refunds exclude the full shipping rate.
For Damaged Goods:
If the item you have received is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately, with photos. You will need to return the item to us for inspection (at your own cost), and we will organise a replacement (or credit) for you as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

For New Zealand Orders:
If you have any issues with your delivery, follow the instructions below.
- Please click on your tracking number. You'll find this in the shipping confirmation email, that would have been sent to you.
- Contact your local Fastway depot with tracking number & document details for a speedy process. E.G who you spoke to, date & time what was discussed.
- Then Email email@example.com to advise the issue immediately, with your order number, your local courier details.

International Orders we use Bold Commerce for checkout where you can check out in your preferred currency AUD | for Australian orders. GBP for the UK and European Union as well USD for the USA & rest of the world. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
